The more you keep your cool the more the service manager will help you out. At the end of the day the SA will go to manager for discounts or waive fees but with the right attitude it can be done. Go in all mad and you gonna leave even more mad. LOL Maybe im wrong if you can tape u telling off the stealership you would definitely go down as a legend on here. You would be the man on here for a min I vote for do it.

I had three check engine lights in a 6 month period., and the dealer ended up replacing my engine wiring harness. Havent had a check engine light since (14 months). BTW the check engine light error codes indicated failure of the exhaust sensor and the thermostst the 2nd and 3rd times. By the 3rd time the dealer realized these were all false failures and the issue was with a short in the wiring harness.
