Hi,
I sell the R1Concept rotors that are coated with zinc to prevent rusting. You have to keep in mind though, all rotors will rust a bit especially after a car wash. The rust will disappear once you drive the car. Unless you're talking about severe rust that won't go ahead?

where on the brakes are you seeing rust? if it's on the outside of the caliper, most of what you see on the front is a ~$11pad retaining clip that is easily replaceable. if it's on the sides of the caliper, some buffing with a grinder attachment on a drill will take care of it, followed by some high-temp paint.
if it's on the rotor hat, then yes, Michael can certainly hook you up.
Also- use a milder wheel cleaner.

I can't believe that kind of rust is normal according to the dealer. So, just buy some high heat spray enamel and paint the caliper clip and rotor to not see that ugly rust.
