Hey everyone!

I have the HiFi, my system has next to no power. I am going to talk with the dealer for the 4th time about this today cause up unti now they thought I had the standard system (6 speaker system).

Does anyone have the HiFi also? If you do not have the logic7 equalizer in your IDrive but have the tweeters up by your side view mirrors you do. How is the bass output? I am not an audiohead so I do not expect it to be crazy powerful but this system is sincerely lacking something it even dropped perfromance after I bought it. Trebble is OK, I have the bass on max and have now turned down the trebble by half so it sounds somewhat normal.

I have the hi-fi system too. I don't like the quality very much.

 

Do you at least hear good bass quality if you turn the level all the way up?

 

My prevoius ride E61 had the HiFi, and it sounded OK, definitely better than standard, and the bass was OK due to the additional sub's underneath the seats.

I still had the bass turned up to achieve the desired sound though.

 

Good to know, thank you for the data. In my case something must be wrong cause the non HK system in my wife's X3 makes mine sound like crap. I think the amp in the boot is going bad, hopefully the dealer will be able to measure this. Thanks again!
