My 545 is a March build and I have been having intermittent

stalling. Specifically, at the end of the day[motor warm],if I park and

leave the engine off for less than 1/2 hour the car will start ,rev to

700 rpm and stall. I have to turn it over again before it engages.

If it sits for more than 1/2 h it does not stall. Any ideas? Thanx.

Is your car one ofg those affected by the recall? You should call your dealer and check.

FYI: My (early) March build doesn't stall and isn't included in the recall.

Yes mine does the exact same thing. Had the dealer check it and of course they cannot find a thing.

Also had the recall item fixed, not related.

March build without a stall problem, but included in the fuel line clip recall. Haven't had a chance to go in for the fix yet.

That seems to be a software problem.
Those DME's which were affected by the recall stalled during the drive.
