Yes that is the shocks I had on I let them remove it assembled as I brought all new parts including bolts and nuts as I prefer to replace them. Think is that that top plate #9 stool in box that means they did not use it at all. My concern is that they use some sort of spacer between #5 and mount #6. As you compare OEM assembly there is no space between #5and#6. I think a
I explained what I meant.

Ok. Now I understand you are NOT referring to the black spacer/cap. But are referring to the piece above it. That piece maybe the #8. So you have #9 sitting in a box?

yes # 9 still in box.they did not put it on. #8 look like it is just the three locking nut for mount. i am sure they used something else that not supposed to be there. it is around 2'" long and 1" think. you sure can see it on the pic. it is gray. i can turn it with hand. in words it lloks like they messed it up real bad. can not wait till Tuesday. i really realty appreciate your time and all the help. you are the Men. now i know what is the problem.
your car looks good how high is it from ground?

looks like the install is all wrong!

i think they didnt use the top hats on your coilovers. WOW

and your car is riding on springs

i suggest going to a new shop and redoing the install and then ask the other shop for a refund.

Seven I texted you. Why no response.

The shop that did the install won't pay for someone else to do it. At most if he's lucky, he can get them to replace the bushing.

I feel that i will have fight with them to get refund and a new mount nothing to say about coilover if they are damaged. i wish i had done it my own but though let "professionals" do it for $250.
can someone recommend a good shop in long Island, NY that really knows what they are doing specializing in sport cars and not experimenting on someones car?

If you have the tools. I recommend doing it yourself. It's quite easy.

texted me where? i didnt get anything

i would just pay another shop, i would not go back.

sounds like a shady shop, they are gonna want to try to hide what they did. Different shop is gonna get to the problem real quick!

people love finding shoddy work and telling people about it!

Upgrade. Went back today to the shop, showed them what they have done. The mounts wore all ripped off and the spacer that I was referring came down from the mount. I let them put mount from the old shocks till I'll get the new ones. He let me In the working area to observe to see what they wore doing. And will also replace the pass side engine mount for free as I had to pay for it.
Drove the car back home and oh boy it drives perfect very happy so far😀
Height seems a little bit high to me but he sad he put the on 10th theet.
Wondering about what type of the alignment and balance I have to request to get most out of this coilovers.
