So after a night of no sleep and a wasted trip to the ER for terrible toothpains, I come back outside and hear what seems to be my pulley squeaking. Car rode and felt the same also no error messages. This video was taken with the car being @ operating temp. Any idea what it could be? Any info is appreciated

Probably one of the two idler pulleys like you suspect. Figure out which one (using stethoscope) and change it. Dayco makes a pulley or get it from BMW.

I suspect that it is one of your pulleys. Best way to determine which one is to squirt WD40 one pulley at a time to see which one is going bad.

The "harmonic balance" was out of balanced thus messing up my water pump as well. Lucky I didnt tear up my camshaft sensor
