Driver's seat squeaks only when making a hard left turn. (Body leaning to the middle of the car)
I drive with the side supports "in" most of the way.
Anyone ever experience or have a list of usual suspects to fix?

Yep, I had this, the seat frame needed to be replaced. If you're under warranty, no problem. If not, $$$$$$. Could be something else, but I have a friend who had similar problem and the fix was the same.
