Hi ! e60 forum again,
ever since I joined the forum.. I got lot of information and got helped from good people here.. I appreciate that..
So,,, I have a one more question so far...
I went to the Mavis Tire Center to replace the tires.. and then technician told me to change the brake pads too(REAR ONLY)... So I did.
After that... (not right after that.. maybe 2-3 days after..?)
I hear this Squeaking sound right after when I start the car and push the brake pedal for the first time.. (It doesn't happen for the second time... And If I
stop the car for a while and restart it..? Yes.. It happens again... ofcourse for that just one time. )
and also when car is running .. I hear this high pitched Squealing sound too... that is really really annoying.....
I searched FAQ regarding this problem here.. and found some people talking about break sensor..( yes.. Mavis changed break sensor too... they said
it was taken off somehow.. I don't know if I have to believe them.. If the break sensor was unplugged.. shouldnt bmw system let me know that??? I don't buy that... but still I changed
break sensor to new one......)
Is it true? Squeaking & Squealing can be fixed by changing a break sensor..?
Please guyz let me know what u know....
thanks !!!!
