my both front seats (comfort seats) usually made a Squeaking sound when driving off from a full stop. dealer didn't know anything about this. i finally got so tired of it, i pulled off the seat adjustment caps (plate)....finally, the squeaking was gone. i greased the plastic contacting parts and replaced the seat adjustment cap back on and still no squeak. hope this helps others if you have this issue.

i removed the seat plate to see if i could detect what was causing the squeak. drove around after removing the plate and never heard the squeak...so i lubricated the contacting handles and replaced the part. the squeaks have not returned and it's been about 2 weeks now since i did this.

i removed the plate starting with the side closest to the back by slightly lifting up and pulling out.
i didn't have to use much force removing or replacing the piece...it snaps off and on.

reattached the same way...starting with the back and snapping the front back on.

the first picture, you can see the back being snapped off first....

the last picture shows the 'contacting handles'

apparently, the plastic parts were rubbing when driving off from a stop

i just sprayed each hook with WD-40 which the maker claims it's safe for plastic. there may be better lubricate but it was definitely these parts rubbing that was making the noise in my case.

i would suggest to remove the part on both front seats and drive it out for a few days to see if the noise continues...
