Is the sprint booster worth it?? with manual tranny

My Ride: 05" 545i 6 speed
05 545i sport package with 6 speed manual... IS it worth it and what are the benefits. I use to have an e39, and i remember it had an issue with the clutch delay valve, is it similar effects.???
e39 vs e60???? How you dare!
