My Ride: 2006 JET BLACK on BLACK SPORTS PACK 5ER, with RADENERGIE R-10's @ 20"
I didn't need the nav. on an island. I couldn't decide between non-sport or sport, either. I ordered two cars and took the sport. I can't live without that handling. plus its slightly lower so it will look good with 20" rims.

if its a buget question between the sport pkg and the nav, bag the nav. if you only get the active sport suspension for the cost its really worth it. i've had sport sup on my last 2 330 and they dont compare to the 5 series system. the 330 are hard riding where the 5 is smooth and flat in the corners.
you can get a referbished garmin street pilot for $350 or a 2610 for 550. the garmin system is much better then the bmw nav.

I live in Phoenix, AZ, where you can drive from anyplace to anyplace with one right and one left turn ;-) I vote to keep the driving fun - get the sport package and take a chance on getting lost!
Cheers, Jon.

The suspension on the previous 3 series were all the same (Sport and Non Sport), however the Sports Package basically added the summer staggerred size tires, nice rims, as well as sport seats and shadowline trim. There was no true sports suspension option for the 3 series until this new generation.
My 330 rode nice and firm and harsh at times and I loved it!
