speedometer inaccurate?

We have a few radar traps set up on the highway here that show your speed as you pass by. My speedo is a consistent 3 mph higher than the radar says.
I drove my father's Maxima past the same radar a few weeks ago, and his speedo was dead on accurate compared to the radar trap. No matter which of the radars I pass in mine, my speedo is always 3 mph higher than the radar registers.
