When driving longer distance at some nights here in Denmark I set the limit to 170 km/t, because over this speed it starts to be expensive to drive faster

Never set it never had a prob...so far I see the speed on my HUD that is enough, if there is no traffic... but mainly on the Autobahn in Germany, not here in B.
But in my GPS I've set it at 300km/h although will never reach it

My business partner has a merc e320 cdi (never did have any taste!) but the one redeeming feature the car has is an option wherby you can set a speed limit and unless you use kick down it won't actually accelerate past the limit.

125km/h for me as the fastest road in Hong Kong have a speed limit of 110km/h. If you are not doing anything over 15km/h you wouldn't be photographed or pull over. (Unless the cop is having a bad day)
