My ~45,000mi maintenance light came on and I?m ready to take my car back to dealership for service. Knowing this will probably the last free service I will get under my plan, I want to ask service manager to change out all the fluids, hoses, brakes and belts. They?re all wear items that should be covered, but they just never change them. Has anyone been successful in requesting this?

 

Yeah and so are valve guides and piston rings. I'm sure you want BMW to replace those as well. Read your maintence plan and see whats covered. Belts and hoses are not. And I'm pretty sure complete fluid flushes are not either. Excluding oil changes. jeez some peoples kids.
