Speaker problems!

Maybe someone can help me. I have a 07 525xi and my speakers are all messed up. The only speaker that works is the left rear and only on FM and AM. On CD every speaker is messed up. On FM and AM, all of the other speakers make weird noises like static, besides the left rear. I put a used amplifier in the left side of the trunk and same thing. Any ideas would be appreciated.
