Hello all new to this forum but my 3rd BMW. 2007 525xi. When playing the stereo I am getting a buzzing sound like a blown speaker from the center console I do not have a center speaker in the dash. I cannot find anything on line about this is there a sub in the console?

 

Do you have the Logic 7 system or the regular radio?

 

The standard system 4 mid range door speakers and at least 2 tweeters in the front doors.

Itll likely be the under seat woofers, even the basic stereo has them, access is a bit of a pig tho!

 

Thanks to all that replied, yes there is a sub under the passenger seat, was told the amp was blown, have one ordered from Ebay. hopefully this will take care of the issue I am having. Sub ohm"s out ok so we will see. But really the buzzing sounded like it was coming from the center consol

 

That's logical, since the center console is between you and the passenger seat.
