Over here we have a person that works metal and he makes them to measure! Only costs 60 $!!
Anyway, with your setup (18" and not lowered) you could even go 100mm and not rub :-)
The way to go would be somewhere between 15 and 20 mm, any of them will work, just depends on how far you want your wheel to come out, so just measure for pleasure, but I wouldn´t worry about rubbing at all.
If you are lowering the car in the future, things might change, but you´ll have to see it then...

Did a quick photo shoot on my way home and got some shots of my 12/20 setup. Added them here...

Just a quick update... Went with Endless Details and I am very pleased with the way the tint came out. Went 35% on the sides and 20% in the rear. Its close enough where the transition to me seems pretty seamless. I am waiting for the tint to really set and the rest of the water between it and the windows to disappear so I can clean the windows - being that its so cold here, that should take a bit longer than usual.
Got the car detailed as well... Not bad looking for a 2004 w 90k on the clock. Don't think I will spend the money to slam the car but do expect to get spacers by spring. Thanks to Forum Member Jay Bimma and Tim at Endless Details. You guys rock!
Here are a few iPhone pics - sorry for the picture quality:
