I think this combo looks fine, I almost got it myself, then I switched to Ti Grey II with beige, then changed my mind again and settled on Ti Grey II with Grey. At the end of the day I wanted the Grey interior because is shows less dirt. Happy with my decision.

Are you saying that you cannot configure it online or that your dealer won't order the combo for you?

As I said in an earlier relpy, you should be able to order any combo you want.

Agree, they should be able to order whatever you want, however, if you have not seen the color combo yet and are not sure if you want it they may be concerned about getting stuck with something that won't move if you turn it down, in which case I would find another dealer, just a thought.

if the website doesn't "allow it", then it just means its not a standard combo that a dealer would have in stock on the lot.

if you order your car (as opposed to picking one from off the lot), then you can mix/match whatever colors you want out of that palette.

for example, i have silver grey/auburn, it wasn't allowed on the old website, no problem if you order your car and wait.

I like Space Gray with Cream Beige leather, it is a bear to keep clean, though.

on 08 5 series you can get Sand Beige leatherette, which is darker than Cream Beige. It's the same beige they have had for a while.

X5's come with Sand Beige leather and leatherette, not Cream Beige.

BMWUSA will only let you configure their recommended options, but you can order any combination you like.

I think the combo look is fine, although personally I like a grey or black interior with that color better, My own experience with similar color leather is that after the first several years it starts to look kind of ratty, even if you work hard to keep it clean and maintain it. I would only consider that color interior if I was going to lease or keep the car for 3 years or less.
