someone tell me what to do to make this go away...

today when I drive my car, this came on and so is the triangle warning sign. I am assuming I run out of windshiled cleaner liquid under the hood. can someone help me figure out what was the cause of this? by the way, I am a newbie here and I drive an 04 530i 6spd.. here is a picture of my car also. thanks!

thats the washer fluid warning i got. i filled the tank with water and still got it. So i need blinker fluid? where do i fill the fluid? i cant find it in the manual. and the warning will go away?
