that stinks.. its such a huge disappointment when that happens and there is no one to blame.. i have to say though.. your camera took a real detailed pic on that first shot.. you can see every nook and cranny.. hope you get it fixed soon.. keep us all posted

check your BMW dealer, their CPO department probably has a bumper repair guy, mobile operation that has all the right fillers and paints for a flexible repair to your bumper.

Try Collision on Wheels (732-517-0051) or www.collisiononwheels.com. They located around your area.
I used them to fix my wife's GX470 front bumper. Did a very good job. Match the paint perfectly.
Ask them to come over for a free estimate.
