The fog uses 9006 type bullb (not 100% about '07). You should be able to buy a new connector at any auto stores.

At worst try to find one at a junk yard. Cut the wires back far and splice. Use diletric grease and heat shrink wrap. This will ensure the connection is not going to corrode. Also you may want to consider putting diletric grease on the other connectors around the exposed areas. I can attest for this stuff as it works great for saltwater boats.
