I spent the whole of Saturday detailing my car with the following products:

~Meguiar's Gold Class car wash shampoo & conditioner
~Meguiar's Quick clay detailing system
~Sonax liquid car polish.
~Meguiar's Gold Class clear coat liquid wax
~Meguiar's High gloss hot shine tire spray
~Orbital polisher

The procedure was:
~Wash & dry
~Quick CIay detail
~PoIish & buff
~Wax & buff

A long but rewarding process

I also tried to take some night pics of the effects of extended lights package (not the actual lights themselves), but it is not easy.

Next time you need wax, go to MAKRO and get some Meguiars NXT wax, its a step up from gold class and is brilliant

 

I have the same colour for my car and havnt been able to achieve the simply stunning look you have there. Ive got it clean and ive waxed it but thats quite amazing.

The extended light pack is standard in the US

 

BTW it looks like on these very nice pics the amber "LED's" (the 5 small round LED's on the side of the headlight) are not on.
I guess BMW#4's E60 is running software 16.2 as it's a new 530i. Right ?
