The first time you drive outside of the states you realize you will not be able to last the day with that type of attitude with the way people drive there. What happens once or twice a day here happens 10 times in just a short drive outside of the states
Just prepare for it, and not let it get to you.

I'm going to be the minority here and call BS. If most people would just stick to the laws of the road, go the speed limit, get over when not passing anyone, and just let people entering traffic wait/yeild things would be simpler. I agree with all three points you made, I am a courtious driver because I do not try and make the decision for the 2 to 10 people behind me to let some aye hole out who will most likely drive like an idiot.
Expect the worst and you won't get aggravated when it happens. Probably 90% of people with a driving license would fail the test if they had to take it again. They're gonna do dumb shit. You lose if you let it stress you.

My point exactly. Most drivers suck. I just watch them and avoid them. Or pass them if there is a safe opportunity.

For some reason, since purchasing my BMW, I have actually noticed that I have calmed down alot. Probably has to do with the fact I love the car and want nothing to happen to it. Unlike my Nissan Altima that I traded in, I drove it like an animal because I just didn't care...

I had a weird story about my BMW. I was in an Asian shopping complex, the usual complex I go to when I visit the bay area, and this was the first time I took the 528i to the bay. Anyways so I was looking for a parking spot, it was about sundown but I only had the LCi DRLs on, and when I let people cross the street in front of me (and I wasn't even inching forward like I normally do) people were all looking at me and waving like a "STOP! Wait there OK!" to me... I'm like, wtf
I'm not even inching forward, I'm not honking or anything, but seriously what is up with people nowadays? Does the E60 look like a beast or something with the LCi headlights??
But in previous times when I drove my Lexus or Toyota thru there, they just don't mind me...
