For those with Sync problems, can you pull the battery out of the phone and post the full product info from the mfr sticker (model/datecode,etc)... EDITED TO ADD DO NOT POST YOUR ESN'S OR IMEI'S (GSM)
Also for those with GSM V60's you *MUST* store contacts on the Phone memory as the SIM memory is not accessable due to Motorola not wanting to change their carkit sw on the phone.
For those with Bluetooth carkits with sync issues, are you using phone memory or SIM storage only? BMW "flamed" the Bluetooth SIG on sync issues this week; see: http://www.eetuk.com/tech/news/showArticle...icleID=21600211

Be careful not to post your Electronic Serial Number (ESN) when you post the info Nick is requesting. It's an 11-digit decimal number and may also be there in hex, or in hex only. The reason is that hackers can use this information, when found on the internet, to 'spoof' your phone. As far as I know, this advice is US only. Thanks and continue on with the show.

SJ3: Good point... Also I added not to post GSM IMEI's as these can be used to recover "a stolen blocked handset" in countries that block IMEI's (phone identity only - nothing to do with the SIM card)

That's good news! Keep us posted if you find any problems.
(Not trying to jinx you by any means but my phone worked okay for the first few days, then it started to act up a little bit, now it's pretty much useless.)

Rudy / rainieriwm,
Which eject box, phone and/or service were you using, and which part number did you replace it with?
I have an AT&T Motorola V60 color with the eject box part number 84-11-6-946-537, list $130
and something else labeled telephone support, part number 51-16-7-060-175, list $22.50.
Are you also using AT&T? Did the new eject box solve the problem, or did you require some software upgrade(s) as well?
thanks....Eric

I'm on Sprint, and I don't have the eject box number handy. I'll post it later. Could be the same number, just a later build.

PPS: I haven't had any problems as yet as my phone was newly installed with the new e-box and upgraded software. ky_soldier, what software version are you running?
