Wassy, that's another bug for you guys w/ Nav. In my non-Nav car if turned off, the radio stays off when the car is restarted.

[/quote]My stays off when turned off. Tried again last night as I had not done it since my software upgrade. Maybe I'm just ignorant about the type of computers used in these cars, but I'm amazed at the things that continue to be bugs in Nav equipped cars w/ the CCC computer that are not problems in the M-ASK computer used in my non-nav car. Is the coding so different between the two that these things can't be resolved in the CCC programming?

I don't think it's a bug. I think it's set this way because most ppl want the radio on when they drive. But if it's set this way, they should give us the option to change the defaults. If not in idrive, let them be programmable by the dealer...
Maybe they will solve this one day...
