I just had my car serviced and they updated the software (I have no idea what version they updated to). But, when I go to the Communication screen, the BMW Assist option says something like "For further information call..." and doesn't do anything.

I can still get to the BMW service options through the I Menu under Communcation Interface.

Has anyone else seen this?

i have the same thing and when i also access my phone thru i drive it says "for further information call customer service" and i think it becoz of ver 11.0 software
