Goodbye! You will be back one day, I'm sure

Hope your new house is nice and has a big garage where you can hide your Acura

Hi 555,

I wish you luck. Just as you are leaving the board, I am signing on as a 2006 530i driver. I want to wish you luck. The acura Tl is a fine car, and in my opinion, it will be a great ride. 258 HP, nice looking projector xenon lights, a beautiful design, wrapped with Acura quality. It's a nice and I think better package than a 330i auto. Are u getting stick? if so, it will be tough to get used to a lot of power at launches...but you will get the knack of the fwd soon.

Good luck to you, and god bless.

Congrats on the babies. Please post some pics of the baby too, even if this is an e60.net. I've got a nine month old daughter; I know how babies can be a full time job, plus getting a bigger house. . . you'll want to move back into a small one in a couple of years.

I'm a little bit of a neat guy, so dusting and cleaning the house is a pain when it's big. I don't want to hire cleaning people (same reason I want to cut my own grass - there's lots of pride in do it), but a big house takes sooo much time. My house is about 4300 sq ft (everything bigg in Texas - not necessary expensive), and 4 years into it, I want a smaller house now.

Anyways, 555, good luck and the TL will serve you well.

Having a new baby was my excuse to BUY a 545! Need big, strong, safe car for the new baby.

I have to say, my 5-month-old seems to like the car.

Congrats, good luck, and keep a 5 on your list for the future....

As a dad of many years, 555, I can safely say the joy of your new kid will make the loss of the Bimmer pale in comparison. Many happy years await.

And I'm sure with your excellent outlook and decision-making skills, it won't be long before your finances once again will support BMW ownership. Good luck and best wishes!
