Out of curiousity ,do me a favor and ask about the actual valve steam seals, if they have made any design changes or are they the same ones goen back in. Just wondering about that,

It's up to you, but if the top half of my engine was coming off, I'd be replacing that coolant pipe and o-ring or making sure that it is a part of the kit they're installing.
It would be bone crushing, if 1 or 2 years down the road, you've got a coolant leak coming from that seal and now you're at $1200+ to replace it.

what i meant was,,,,, are they gonna put the same seal design as the originals seals,, In other words same type.. no changes in design or improvement on the new seals vs the old ones...

This is what I had done to my car over the past week...
1-Oil Pressure Switch
2-Vacuum pump O ring
3-lower and upper radiator hoses
4-Aux Fan switch
5-Aux water pump
6-Valve cover sealing ring (2 of them)
7-Crankcase Vent valve (2 of them)
8-crankcase hose set (cold climate)
9-One vacuum pump
10-Engine block seal
total cost = $2800
Mine is a 545i 2004.
Next up, valve cover gaskets.
