Got a call from my dealer-they are waiting for new transmission for replacement...well i hope i get latest software with it too

i got my car back-work order says they opened PUMA case,replaced some module,it did not work,then replaced transmission.I did not get latest software 
but my windshield wipers were replaced ,car is running fine-just as before.Thanks everybody for help!

Drove my 545 to Dealers same day, they kept it for 24 hours found nothing wrong with transmission, they said it might have been subtle tapping of the gear leftward from M mode to DS mode ( my son was my passanger and he could have accidentally hit the gear??)
It has been two weeks no problem so far
Now when I had only 1000 miles I had parked my car at work one day and I went to start it at the end of the day , it would not start, the warning message I got then was Trassmission fault but could not cahng gear at all from N, had it towed to Dealeship, it took two weeks to fix , they had to give me new trasmission!

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
Had my SMG tranny replaced here.
