Checked with my SA. She said that they haven't received the software update yet, but would put me on the list as it comes in. I mentioned how slow my IDrive is and she said that they have multiple fixes for this and it may not require the update. (She follows protocol, I guess). Doesn't hurt that she's also very attractive too.

My Ride: A Car

i had it resolved by spending about an hour in this forum. open the doors to ur car ASAP before getting in there. This will pre-load the idrive and will make it faster when u start the car. When u open the doors, the idrive is already loading. This also got rid of my bluetooth static

I got the car back and the dealer said the iDrive is within specs and shows the current software revision. I'm wondering what you guys mean by "slow."

My i-drive is very slow as well and last year i asked my dealer if they would update it and they said they don?t do that sort of thing??

I have problems now with the Bluetooth were my phone always used to sync and the phone book but now i can get nothing, great!

and now the i-drive power down sometimes after starting up,
