I just checked the 2004 and 2005 owner's manuals online for a 545i (US) and the dimensions are the same each year. And the measurements shown online for the 2006 550i are the same as a 04/05 545i.
Maybe the 2004 brochure shows some early measurements that were changed in final production.
I don't think any dimensions have changed from the E60 introduction to date.
On the BMW USA website I just compared the specs of a 550 to the MB E Class ... I didn't realize that the 550 is bigger in all dimensions (except front legroom where we are shorter by 0.4").
Maybe the 2004 brochure shows some early measurements that were changed in final production.

04 & 05 should the same. The change is in 06 We attached both 04 and06 and from the brochure, it shows different size. Maybe we should check with bmwna?

Right, but both your 2006 brochure and the 2006 online data (BMWUSA website) match what is shown in the 2004 & 2005 E60 manuals. The outlier is is the 2004 brochure. I just think those were early marketing numbers and they have been shown as different (consistently) since then.
Hey amigo525, I was in Poughkeepsie a couple of weeks ago .... the Hudson River valley is gorgeous ... and it must be a blast to drive your E60 around all those up and down twisties around there.

If you want to have fun. Take Route 6 and you will love it. It has the most beautiful none stop curves I have ever seem. it is about 10 miles of none stop Curves. Plain 'S' es.
