Hello All,
I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Occasionally, from time to time I will use the Satellite Radio and the preset stations dont show up on iDrive, usually when this happens, I also can't change my stations and stays stuck on the station I was last listening to. And once in a while, I get all the tations fine, but Is cant get the options menu to get info on the song that's playing to show up.
Again, its once in a great while and it seems the system comes back to normal after a key cycle.

Yup - I've definitely seen the same problem. I was wondering if it was just my car.
This problem only started happening after my car's software was upgraded to the latest rev earlier in the year, so it's probably an issue with that rev (don't know which rev I have). It only happens once in a long while and it's annoying but as you mention a key cycle typically fixes the problem. I found that switching to standard radio works fine but basically the Sirius system is down completely (no presets, no categories, channel up/down doesn't work, etc.).

This used to happen to me with the original rev. It has not happened since the 31.2 upgrade a month ago...

I have the identical problem since I got my iDrive software upgraded a couple months back (i don't know if it is version 31.2 but I imagine it's "the latest and greatest"). However in my case I have to leave the car off for 15 minutes ~ 1/2 hour before full Sirius operation restores. it's very random as it happens sometimes weeks between occurences other times it happens a couple times a week.
Documented with my dealer now 3 or 4 times but no fix or new software update yet suggested (other than a possible new sirius tuner replacement mentioned)
I listen to Sirius about 95% of the time- ARRGH!
