My Ride: 2008 550i Alpine White, Black Dakota Leather, M Sport Package, HUD, Sport Auto Trans, Paddle Shifters, Bamboo Trim, Heated Front Seats, Rear Shades

Hi Everyone! This is my first post. I'm a proud new owner of a 2008 550i. It's my first BMW and I absolutley love it!

So I have the satellite prep option and I'm looking to buy a Satellite Receiver. I have searched around and found the following part # 65-12-9-162-994.

Can anyone tell me if this receiver model # is compatible with my car? The car production date is Jan 2008. Thanks in advance for your help!

Realoem.com shows a different part number... Might be best to call the parts department at the dealer and enquire.

You're welcome! And enjoy the car, the'08 550 is a sweet ride. I loved my '08 550, probably should have bought it when it came off lease. Oh well, I do love my M3!
