If you had to make a choice between Sirius or heads up display, which one would you pick?

Tough choice. I have Sirius but no HUD, so I don't miss the HUD at all. But there are those with HUD who love it and those who have Sirius that don't care for it. You'll get lot's of different opinions. Here's mine: Without knowing anything else about your choices, I'd get HUD, skip Sirius and get the iPod adapter if you can. Don't get me wrong, I like my Sirius, great content from music, talk, news and sports but much of that can be done with iPod. Sirius content is great but the quality is OK, not CD quality but better than FM, at least in my view. Some have had issues with dropped signals w/ Sirius but I have not.

That's a tough call -- I suppose it depends on what you plan to use Sirius for and if you have other "entertainment" options (like the iPod/USB interface) ordered.
If you are a fan of Sirius or if you're someone who would enjoy the service and it's content, then you might enjoy it. If you have an iPod and plan on using that more often, then sure, the HUD is great.
Bottom line -- HUD is something you use every day and is great. Sirius is great if you want to listen to news/talk etc. as well as music but if you have other music sources available (iPod, USB stick, etc.) then you might find that it isn't worth it...

Thanks for the replies, I decided to go with the heads up as I'll probably just use my mp3 player in the car. I didn't get the iPod/ USB adapter because I assumed that I can connect my mp3 player though the auxiliary input. Is there any real difference between the USB adapter and the AUX in terms of sound quality?

Ya... probably a pretty big one too. considering one is digital and one is crappy 1/8th analog mini plug in.
