Silly question about Staggered setup

because when you rotate tires you will get all kinds of issues. The tires break in to the axle they're on and wear in a certain pattern. When you switch this pattern (if not often enough) it can throw off handling. You can develop issues in the tire that can cause the shakes and so forth...just like having an wheel non-hubcentric.
