Default Silly Dashboard Setting Problem

I stupidly left my parking lights on overnight and managed to drain the battery. I recharged the battery to full voltage and was alerted that I needed to reset the time/date which I did.
I noticed that my mileage and MPG readings had reset automatically to kilometers, so I went back into my display menu and indicated my preference for Miles, PSI, MPG, & Fahrenheit temperature readings.
However my instrument cluster readings are not switching. Any idea what I need to do to get my US readings back again? FWIW, I did the reset with the car idling in neutral if that matters.

Thanks

No codes....it's just the instrument cluster readings telling me mileage, MPH, MPG, etc. I want those displayed in miles (not kilometers), miles per hour (not km per hour), and MPG (not KM per gallon).
It should be a simple Display Setting choice; but it didn't switch over when I selected it in iDrive.

The reason I asked if you read any codes (BMW-specific) is because sometimes things won't set unless some code is cleared. Often times whenever the battery discharges, there can be a Christmas tree of codes.

Oh, OK...I'll run Carly in the morning and see if anything pops up; if so, I'll clear them and see what happens. Thanks for the suggestion. Will let you know what happens.

Looks like the car accepted my display preferences in iDrive. The next time I went out and started it up, all my requested preferences were showing on the instrument cluster.
It may just be that the changes weren't being displayed simultaneously as I was making them with the car running. Glad they finally showed up.
