When I turn on my key to the position before the car actually cranks/starts, I notice my angeleyes flashes intermittenly to the left and then to the right like a police car. Then when I turn the key all the way to start, there is a slight delay and then the car cranks very slow as though there is not enough power/juice. Could these be signs that the battery needs to be replaced? Before it would start with power and with no hesitations.
I seldom drive my car;however, I do turn on the car once in while so the battery won't die. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of the angel eyes flashing as you describe. (I assume you're either parked in front of a mirror or window or you're having someone else start the car...)

The fact that the car cranks slowly does seem to indicate a weak battery. Does it only happen if the car's been sitting or does this happen each time you start the car?

Starting the car every so often without actually driving it is probably contributing to the battery drain.

I second this. If you're just starting it and not driving it, or if you're not running the car for any significant length of time then you're not helping the car out at all. You're actually probably draining your battery more.
