are you gonna get any extended warranty or just trust ur car.
My cousin has 530i and his is running out of warranty and asked me if he should get aftermarket warranty.
i told him no, but wonder If i should have told him to get it.

I would suggest getting it. Had my car not be a CPO, I would've opted for the extended warranty.

Mine expired in May, could I still go back to the dealer and get the extended one???
I'm pretty sure you'll have to go third party unless your dealership makes an exception. Here locally in Charlotte, the Hendrick dealership requires that you purchase their 'Autoguard warranty' (this is a Hendrick dealership warrantly, not a mfg warranty) before you'r mfg warranty expires. They do this so they can do a complete inspection while still under mfg warranty and make sure everything is 100% before covering you under a dealership warranty.
The third part warranties (non-mfg, non-dealership) can still be very good (we have one on our Acura). Just make sure that your local BMW dealership accepts third party warranties. Some do not, and you don't want to find that out after the fact.
