Had an error come up today saying I had a sidelight failure on the righ hand side.

Sure enough I've checked tonight and both the angel eye rings are out on the right headlamp. I'm assuming that since both rings are out that this is more likely to be a control unit failure??

The car is an 2007 lci model.

Thanks

Barry

its one bulb for both rings. if you have xenon, it should be an H8 bulb. remove the round cover on back of headlight to access it.

X2... One bulb does both halos. I would take this opportunity to upgrade them to something brighter.

Aha, at last something that doesn't involve a trip to the garage. They are the adaptive headlights (turn with steering) and they are xenon's. Any suggestions on the replacements for the h8. I assume the sidelight piece isn't xenon, just standard bulbs?

Thanks

Correct, stock are halogen. There are a few options for LCI. PM John, the lighting guru:

I believe he is on vacation but still should have the hook up. Otherwise, a few vendors on here selling LED H8 bulbs.
