I think I should say sorry for reposting this but I need help. Normally when you put your car on reverse, the passenger side's side mirror dips so you can see the curb better. Here's my problem, on my brother's E46, it dips just enough, perfect angle, but on my E60, it dips way way too far to see anything useful. Is there anyway to adjust this so it doesn't dip too low? Thanks for helping out...

Might wana try to reposition your seat. You might be seating too high. From my knowledge there is nothing you can do.

I think the same thing with the mirror so what i did is set the second memory function for the ideal curb appeal so when i need to get the parallel parking right i hit the second memory button and whola.

Funny thing is that in a Passat, you can memorize the dipped position too.

Too much fuss and stress for me. I'd rather park it witout using the function then messing with the memry seat position every time.

Yeah it would be a hassle using it everytime but most times i can get by with/or without the use of the mirror at all just those tight wheel scrapeing ones. Just wish i could have used it before i curbed 3 rims in one day comming out of the ATM machine and talking on the cellular, thats gonna be expensive this summer.
