Cause I have it. My wife's X3 and the 535i loaner I had all had BT calls that could make me go deaf if I turned it up all the way. My car, not so much....

Help a brotha out!

Voice, sorry, I cant turn up calls loud enough to really rear the other end. I have tried other phones too and same result. This is also where my phone is more audible on other cars (05 X3 & 09 535i, not to mention various loaner 3 series)

I mentioned this when I brought mine in for routine service. They told me after checking it out that that was as high as it will go and there is nothing else they could do.

I got the same answer. They said that the Iphones were the worst for this.

To adjust voice volume, I use the "up and down" button on the left side of the steering wheel.

Check the list here: http://forums.e60.net/index.php?s=&sho...st&p=842028
under Communications Systems. You will notice that most, but not all, are issues with land side.

I use the iphone and it is easy loud enough. I thought if you turn up the speed dependent volume it increases the overall volume? I certainly makes my satnat very loud.
