that reminds me something. i have an older friend once told me:ford = fix or repair daily . anyway, i also have the same question. the "problems" that i'm having now is cd always plays from track 1; steering wheel is always in different height (need to press the memory button to make it back to the place that i want); press and hold unlock button on key only opens windows, not moonroof. maybe couple minor ones but i forgot. i need to go down and p/u the chrome grilles and wood shifter next week, hopefully. might as well have the software updated but "should i wait?" is keep floating in my mind.

if yor not having any issues dont update the software... you never know if you gonna have issues with newer software

herb, you should post more. just because every time i see your car, i love it more ! i'll make it as my wallpaper sooner or later . maybe one day you see another car following you, that's me .

I had my software updated to version 12. I was hoping to get my voice recognition working, improvment in the AM reception, and improvement in the sound quality of my cpt 9000 phone.

The good news: the AM reception is better.
the phone sound quality is better.
The bad news: voice recognition still doesn't work.
the right side of the split screen won't stay on the nav map, goes
to car data when the car is started.
RDS is gone - the service manager warned me about the RDS

So I'm still not sure I made the right choice.
