It really boils down to if you want the car anymore or not. You can make any car unique so that's not a reason to keep you current car if you really want something else.

Keep the car.
I think the 545i is nice enough to roll around town in still but not new enough that it will cost you an arm and a leg for payments, insurance etc.
Just drive the car until you save up for a much nicer car like a Pcar or whatever you want.
