Angry Should I replace my damaged Radiator Shutters?

Hi all,
I managed to hit a bird in which it did a nice job in breaking my front kidney grill - easily replaced, however the radiator shutter was also damaged. I think these are designed for cold counties and only fitted in the later efficient dynamics models, so my question is should I pay a couple of hundred quid to get them replaced? Currently I've removed them completely and the radiator is fully exposed. No errors are shown up so far!!

cheers,

Steve.

I believe those shutters are there strictly for aerodynamics reasons.
