Hi,

I'm new here, but not new to Bimmers I currently own a e39 (99 528i) and I LOVE IT

but its time for an upgrade and I've doing some shopping, and found 2004 BMW 530i SMG asking price $26,900 the car has 18K

is this a good deal...?

any advice on these SMG tranny?

who, where and what other options? that is a hella nice price if u ask me.

with 22K you should buy a 2004 545i or 24K 2005 545i or 26K 2006 550i
Check ebay!

Better get CPO!!!

it is not a cpo, $26,900 is this a decent price for the car and will it be over paying

Do NOT buy an E60 without a warranty.

Find one with an extended warranty or get a CPO. It is worth the extra money.

Thats for sure. I just bought my 2006 550i- LOADED!!!! Got the best deal throughout the country with M appearance package too (read details)... $40k- CPO

Someone is smoking crack if they think they can score a CPO loaded for under $40k (that is in mint condition)

With these electronic cars, get the extended warranty by purchasing CPO. Unless, you do not intend to keep the car for more than 1 yr.
