Last I heard my car got to port (Bremerhaven - I assume) on 10/11 and I haven't been able to find out anything since then. I have been checking Wallenius Wilhelmsen website and my VIN doesn't bring anything up. I called BMWNA several times, and all the reps said the same thing that it got to port and their computer will not list anything after that. I emailed my dealer, but I am still waiting for them to get back to me.
Is there anyway to know if my car is still at port or has is on the water? Thanks for any suggestions / insight.

The only way I know of is to wait until it shows up on the shipper's website (assuming WW Lines).
Don't be surprised if the car sits at Bremerhaven for 10-14 days.

Rudy,
From my recollection BMW ships the vast majority via WW Lines isn't that correct?
I know it is the luck of the draw which vehicle gets on which ship, I just had seen someone post they had the same build date and their car had shipped out about a week ago. I thought they were supposed to give priority to category 1 models (already sold)?

I think they use WW lines for the majority of shipments to the East coast of the US. I think West coast shipments use a different carrier.
Since you're in Texas, I don't know which port your car will be coming into. I'm sure someone here can help with that.
My main point of my earlier reply was to let you know that cars have been known to sit in Bremerhaven after two or more sailings of WW ships so be patient. If it's on a WW ship, it'll eventually show up on their tracking site.

My 545 build (finish) date was Oct 8. It set sail on Oct 17. The arrival in Port Hueneme is scheduled for Nov 10. The vessel is named "Fuji". My dealer gave me all the above information, so I assume everybody should be able to get the same info. My only problem is that the vessel "Fuji" doesn't register on the WW site. When I search other ship tracking sites, permutations of the name "Fuji" do show up, but none seem to have the routing to get it to Port Hueneme in CA. So I'm currently at a loss for my vessel, but at least in my case I know when it should hit land.

This is my fourth BMW so I can say with certainty that it will be coming via Charleston S.C.
My new born 545 is also sitting at the port of Bremerhaven now. It came out of the factory on 10/15, and still do not know which boat will be assigned yet.
It takes about a month to get here by Go_Fast_545's input.....
firewired, pls keep us posted if your baby will be on its way...

firewired, I guess your car must have just missed the boat mine was on.
My production date must have been earlier than yours.
