I use the storm motorwerks shift knob. Im guess its a manual since youre talking about SSKs etc.

Its £75 which is around $120 I guess so probably expensive for you guys but it has a beautiful feel as its so heavy (500g). This is my 3rd one now in various cars. Its engraved with the shift pattern on the top
