My Ride: 2011 520dA coming up.
As if diesel isn't expensive enough yet, I still wanted to have a go with the relatively new Vpower diesel (nothing is too good for my baby)
I did not notice any significant increase in power (didn't expect too), neither was it getting more kilometers out of a liter. BUT the noise of the engine was a lot smoother.
The 535d has a "rough" spot between 1300-1600rpm, with this new diesel it was still there but much less pronounced.
Any other people having experimented with the new diesels?
I noticed HansNL does/did a testdrive for BP.

I did notice a slight improvement with BP. It looks like that you have noticed a bigger difference. I will be trying Shell.

My wife noticed it, as a passenger (doesn't like steptronic so she's always a passenger)
So it does something.
On the other side, somehow i think my cars behaviour changed after some 10000-11000
kilometres. I'm talking faster, more economic and quieter.
