Shadowlining in Toronto

My Ride: 545i
Hi folks, so I got my black grills and now I want to showdowline the frame around the door windows, must change that ugly chrome to black.
A couple of questions...
1-Should I go mat around the door frames or gloss? The grills are glossy black with mat vertical pillars. What are you guys doing?
2-Who in Toronto can do it fairly cheap and good wrapping job? (Want to keep the chrome just in case)
3-The molding around the windshield and rear window are old and chipping, should I just take the car to a autoglass shop for new moldings or BMW?
