You mean the Replica M5 kit with Fogs or the OEM M5 kit? I personally like the OEM M5 kit better cause more choices as far as splitter goes where as M5Tech kit only has Hamman splitter.

That's one factor, but OEM M5 kit will be short due to M5 has wider fenders and if you want a perfect fit you would need M5 fenders. I didn't mind the fitment too much cause it wasn't to noticeable for me so I went with stock fenders. The replica M5tech kit are just a direct fit to your fenders and you also don't have to lose the fog lights as the OEM M5 bumper you will lose the Fog lights. Then there is the OEM M-tech kit which is just a factory replacement kit which doesn't look like the M5 it just a kit that comes with the sport package 550. It comes down to personal preference cause I had all 3 bumpers before and I like the OEM M5 bumper cause of the Hartge splitter.
